It all started with a brownie 127 at the age of 8 and grew from there. My hobby turned to a profession training as an industrial and advertising photographer in the mid 80s and continued on into the 90s. Leaving the photography in the mid-90s to pursue a different carrier, I did not touch a camera in vain until 2001 when I bought a digital compact. That was it I was hooked and my hobby was back.
Today I create images for pleasure most of which are taken around the North east of England and Bari Southern Italy (My wife’s home town). I still have a leaning towards the visual impact of black & white, with most of my work revolving around street photography, architecture and landscapes.
